I just don't get it!!! Why the lift is always out of service in my block??!! there are total 3 lifts in my block, 1 is occupied by the renovation workers, another 1 suddenly is out of service at 4th floor, and left the only 1 which can function normally... I took more than 5 minutes just to get down to ground floor from 9th floor... *sigh*
Hopefully tmr the both the lifts will be available...
