The second day in Sabah
we rented a Proton Waja for around RM 140+ and off we go to somewhere nice ^^
guess where is that place?
we get a cheaper agent price for the car since my uncle is working in a hotel and know this guy
if not I think the normal price will be RM220
Before our destination, we passed by the Puh Toh Tze, a Buddhist temple which is situated off Jalan Tuaran
It is a big temple...

After jalan-jalan there and take some photos, we continued our journey...

Yes! I think you guess it right!
we headed to the Kinabalu Park, at Kundasang!
If I'm not mistaken, this is the place where you can find the trail up to the Mount Kinabalu^^
Entrance fee is required
Adult RM3 and Child RM1
so cheap right? and with this ticket u can go to the Poring Hot Spring (our next destination)
We found a restaurant there to had our lunch
After lunch, we went for a short walk
We then continued our journey to the Poring Hot Spring
This place is located in the lowlands and it took us around 1+ hr to reach there from the Kinabalu Park
there are also other interesting areas in the park to be visited such as the butterfly farm, the Poring Orchid Conservation Centre, the tropical garden, the Poring canopy walkway, and the Rafflesia flower site
but of cause you got to walk a lot ^o^

there are different sizes for different part of body
for example there are bigger pool for the whole body to soak in
and there are also a smaller one just for legs

This is the indoor hot spring pool where u need to rent
I think is RM15 per hour
this should be a nice one and u get the privacy
BUT
too bad... once we reached there started to rain
is raining heavy (as u can see in the photo)

So we ended up doing nothing there
why? there are 2 main reasons
1: is raining
2: by that time is already around 4+pm, is late
( at Sabah the sunset is early, around 6pm the sky already starting to get dark)
So we decided to go back to Sunny's Village, the place where we are going to stay over one night
Along the way back, we stopped by a long row of stalls to get some fresh vege for tonight's dinner
This place is like a small market with every stall selling the same stuff
why? there are 2 main reasons
1: is raining
2: by that time is already around 4+pm, is late
( at Sabah the sunset is early, around 6pm the sky already starting to get dark)
So we decided to go back to Sunny's Village, the place where we are going to stay over one night
Along the way back, we stopped by a long row of stalls to get some fresh vege for tonight's dinner
This place is like a small market with every stall selling the same stuff

ermm... or maybe Sonny's Village
I guess those ppl there just don't care about that
It is around 1km futher up from the Kinabalu Park
It is really like a small village then got a few houses
since there were only 5 of us so we got the smallest one which is meant for 6 ppl
and this smallest one is made out from bricks, while others are wooden houses
is so unfair! and yet so unique!

I think around 6.30pm, the whole mountain is covered by mist or clouds
Is totally blur and I guess it is time for our dinner

According to my dad, got to depend on your luck to see the Gunung Kinabalu
cause it is always covered by clouds and mist
that's why it is also known as 'shen shan' in chinese...
don't you think so?
and how lucky we are to see that during that evening
we slept very early on that night
cause the next morning we going to wake up early^^
wake up early for what? hehe...
