Aeroline

2 weeks ago right after my clinical placement @ Kajang, I went back to Penang by aeroline bus… Bought the ticket online cause scare Hari Raya is around the corner and can’t get ticket on the spot…

My dad encourage me to take aeroline although the price is double than the usual one… the reason is: once awhile take a luxurious bus is ok…

No doubt, u pay extra and u get better service

no more bus break down for few hours, no more dirty seats, no need to inhale those cigarette smoke from the driver, no more speeding

Due to last minute buy ticket, only left last row 3 seats for me to choose…

Took a cab to 1u in the morning on 5/9/2010… reach there 1 hour earlier… so sit in the waiting room…

my FIRST time to take such a high class bus… of course I took some pics to show u all… good thing must share around right? =P

Today I’m back to KL by Aeroline oso!!!

This time no more subway… is chicken rice from the chicken rice shop..

Clinic Cafe

After MIA for so long… I’m back to blog now^^

finished my 4 weeks of clinical placement @ Kajang Hospital

then back to Penang for 2 weeks of holiday…

For the following posts, I’ll be telling stories about what I did during this holiday… so just stay tune… hehe…

I wanted to tell u guys about this clinic themed cafe…

 

Had a gathering with my friends at this Clinic Cafe @ Gurney Plaza last Saturday^^

It is located at the 4th floor… just newly open few months ago I think… So my friend suggested that we go have a try…

well, pictures say a thousand words…

the food there is not really that expensive

RM 7 or 8 can get a fried rice

of course if order western food will be more expensive

the spaghetti is around RM 11+

the fish fillet is RM 13+

the drinks? about RM 7+ or 8+

 

rating for the environment: 4/5

rating for the food: 3/5

rating for the service: 3/5

so far… satisfactory^^

For those who are in Penang, can go for a try…

but that would be my first and also last time to the Clinic Cafe =P

MERDEKA DAY

We planned to spent our merdeka day at Kajang but just don’t feel like staying at home, so we decided to conquer Broga Hill ^^ since a few of our classmates have been there before…

Broga hill is located @ Semenyih, which is only around 10-15 mins from our kajang rent place but we took a cab to there and cost us RM30!!!

yeah I know… sure you all can’t believe that I  go for hiking right?! but I made it… V(^.^)V

Broga Hill is also known as Bukit Lalang…

this is the lalang!!! you can find it a lot up the hill…

 

 

There are total 4 peaks at Broga Hill… which can have a look of different view…

Here I am!!! @ the 1st peak!!!

 

I’m the lazy bum… waiting for fuen at the 1st peak…

 

Only one route that lead us up and down the hill

Fuen described here so crowded like pasar malam

coz it was public holiday and we even got to line up to give way for those who going down the hill…

After hiking, we ta pao ikan bakar @ Kedai Makanan Pokok Jati

I guess this place the ikan bakar is famous because Ho Chiak intro before…

It is located just along the road after Nottingham Unversity…

Taste different from what I usually eat the Portuguese Grilled fish^^

but I still think is NICE! *thumbs up*

 

3 of us suffered DOMS the day after that!

and I’m having difficulty in climbing down stairs for 2 days

but overall I enjoyed that trip and now 1 month posting @ Kajang is over…

I’m sure that we had some good time together and sweet memories^^

~just back to hostel last night n going back to Penang tmr, hate the unpacking n packing~

I manage to escape from Kajang for the second weekend to meet up with him n his family. After convo, we went to Tenji for japanese buffet dinner… My 1st time to try that… Thx to him <3

Already long time I never update my blog…

currently I’m at Kajang, 3 of us rented a room in Kajang nearby the hosp area… This is the smallest hosp that I ever posted to… the department is small, the gym is so crowded when lots of pt in there…

(will update the pics if i get to capture that)

however, this is the place that I learned a lot! the physio here are nice =) they willing to teach if u ask ^^

that’s all about my posting… will write about it in detail after the posting

now I’m just going to tell u all how I spent my 2 weekends during this 4 weeks posting.

 

1st weekend:

ee n I lazy to go back to hostel for the weekend, so we planned to stay back at Kajang accompany aunty n uncle (my house owner). Kajang is a small place with not much interesting places to go…

So, on the saturday, her fren brought us out to Alamanda @ Putrajaya.

It is a small shopping mall (if compared to MidValley^^). We watched The Expendables. well… not bad. not really much comment about the movie… After the movie, “drive-thru” UKM to see see… such a big place… not like my college which only has 4 blocks of tall building.

After that, we are back to Kajang to have dinner @ a housing area… The best meal we had after 1 week in Kajang!!! n just cost around RM12 each person… Cheap n delicious!
